Ostrander is a small village located in Delaware County. The village was founded as a result of the railroad running through the land connecting Springfield and Delaware. Ostrander’s name originated from Shelemiah R. Ostrander, a civil engineer for the railroad. Although the railroad helped to from the village, it has since been closed due to deteriorating tracks. The village remains a quiet but exciting community that hosts an annual car show and other holiday celebrations. CARE Heating and Cooling proudly serves the Ostrander community.

Originally it was agreed the work would occur between 4 pm and 8 pm on a Tuesday due to heavy workload. When no one had contacted me by 8 pm on that Tuesday I had to call the company to see why there had been no update or revision to the schedule available. Once the technician arrived (around 9:15 pm) the repair progressed normally. I have no complaints about the actual service once the tech was on site, only the failure to keep the client informed of any changes to an anticipated schedule.

Heat out so forced to do. Part was $150 on line. Care Install and part cost was $700. Took 20 minutes to install new part. This didn’t include cost for diagnose the problem. Highway robbery.
